GS UK: Brother Innobella Textile Inks A ccording to GS UK, the new Brother Innobella Textile ink system, which has been specially formulated for use with the GTX printer, provides “a bolder, wider range of colours that make it simple to reproduce designs more accurately”. The company adds that, “with a visible increase in vibrancy, even minute details will print with fantastic clarity”. GS UK reports that the water-based pigment inks exhibit exceptional washability, with their special formulation combating the chemicals found in typical laundry detergent and being able to withstand abrasion from zippers, buttons and so on. The inks are Oeko-Tex Eco Passport certified and CPSIA compliant, and GS UK points out that their new and innovative packaging using replaceable pouches requires less plastic, “so there is less waste and less impact on the environment.” www.brothergtinks.com
